He is owner and CEO of Vlassak Sales Consultancy which helps sales professionals and organizations get their sales to the next level. When people ask Henri what happened to make him come to Serbia…Henri simply says “Life happened and certain Serbian lady. My motto is to act, not overthink. I turned to new horizons, left past achievements and decided to create value in Serbia.”

Experience

Henri comes from the family of sales people and entrepreneurs. It was only natural for him to take the same path but following his own passion and dream. He decided to go all the way from entry sales roles developing into sales professional crowning it with sales coaching & education. His sales experience envelopes B2C & B2B roles, from sales person to key account manager and team leader. His projects led him from Benelux area & Germany to USA & Canada to Africa and back to Norway & France.

Henri’s strengths lie in securing new corporate clients while engaging current ones with new services and further improvement of business partnership. Henri specialized himself in reactivation of lost clients > 25% and sales increase > 15% with existing clients in a disruptive market with high quality products.
